Our office is buzzing with activity as we get ready to close for the remainder of the holidays.   I do have a few things to share with you, the first of which is this.  Thank you for a great year!  I’ve appreciated your readership, your interest, and your business.  While it has been my great pleasure to be of service to you, it is my hope that what I’ve offered here, as well as through my coaching, training and speaking work, has made a real difference for you.

Some exciting developments. In the new year, I’ll be offering my new speech and training program, “How To Click With People: Building the Personal Side of Business” in anticipation of the summer release of my next book of the same name.  We’re seriously considering a name change for the blog, starting at the beginning of the year, to begin the run up to the book launch.

Also, watch for the January release of the spoken word audio version of ‘Dealing With People You Can’t Stand,’ available through iTunes, and on CD, from MacMillan. web site has been updated, with an updated header, along with a holiday card + movie. Click the link from the homepage, take a look/have a listen, or go directly to the card and movie by clicking here.   Also, our brandspankin’ new Facebook Fanpage is now live and we’d really appreciate it if you’d stop by and ‘like’ it.

Recently posted on website, a 10 minute preview of the keynote speech, “Bringing Out The Best In People At Their Worst.”  This is my most popular presentation, always fun to deliver, fun to attend, and immensely practical.  You can watch it here.
