Aden is an award winning performer, skilled improv teacher, facilitator and trainer, and the daughter of bestselling author Dr. Rick Kirschner. She has entertained at conferences and provided training for clients all over the country, including the IAAP, America’s SBDC, Lockheed Martin, the Federal Reserve Bank, H.P., and Dell. As a teacher, she creates a fun, safe environment where people can explore and grow new, practical skills to help them on stage, in business and in life.
With nearly thirty years of experience on stage, Aden has been winning awards and recognition as a speaker, singer and performer since she was six years old. From 2005 to 2014 she enjoyed nearly a decade as a fixture in the Austin comedy and theatre community, even being labeled by former Second City LA director Tom Booker as “The funniest person in Austin.” Her work included world-famous, vaudeville revue: Esther’s Follies
where she spent the majority of 2011 wearing huge wigs, singing big songs and getting massive laughs.
Now based in Oregon you can sometimes still catch her on stage (when not on the road working with clients like you) directing performances and improvising songs in crowd-pleasing shows like USS Improvise: Improvised Musical Episodes of STTNG
