    Thank you for adding my recent post about using your Tech Support team to enhance your brand online to your article. Tech support (customer service in general) agents definitely know how to deal with difficult people and their skills can go a long way both off and online.

    • Happy to oblige. When tech support agents demonstrate this ability, they serve themselves and their customers well. Of course, there are also those whose skill level seems more equivalent to that of a convenience store clerk! More’s the pity. Thanks for your comment, come again!
